Full title search and registry check on the chosen property. Encumbrance check and physical due diligence completed.

Documentation
Contract of Sale, Deed of Assignment, and Deed of Legal Mortgage prepared and executed. Power of Attorney issued.
Days 14–30

Lender submission
Complete mortgage pack submitted to FMBN or licensed mortgage bank. Acacia follows up directly at every approval stage.
Days 14–45
05
Title perfection
Funds disbursed. Governor’s Consent obtained and registered. All deeds perfected in buyer’s name. Keys handed over.

Legally binds the mortgage to the property. Submitted to the financial institution as security before fund release.

Governor’s Consent
Mandatory approval from the Lagos State Governor for all land transactions in Lagos. Obtained and registered by Acacia.

Power of Attorney
Confers authority on Acacia to act on behalf of the buyer in mortgage facilitation and property documentation matters.

Non-Disclosure Agreement
