Welcome to Wall Street Realtors ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services — whether you are a property buyer, tenant, seller, or a registered agent listing properties on our platform.
By accessing or using Wall Street Realtors, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Our registered office is located at No. 2 Oduduwa Crescent, Ikeja GRA, Lagos, Nigeria. For enquiries, contact us at info@wallstreetrealtorsltd.com or +234 703 311 9476.
Wall Street Realtors is a Lagos-based real estate platform that connects property buyers, tenants, sellers, and registered agents. Our services include property search and listings, mortgage financing facilitation through government-backed schemes (MREIF, NHF, RSA Pension Fund), agent registration and subscription management, and coordination of legal services through our exclusive legal partner, Acacia Solicitors.
Wall Street Realtors acts as a platform and facilitator — not as an estate agent, mortgage lender, legal adviser, or financial adviser. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice. You are encouraged to seek independent professional advice before making any property or financial decision.
To use Wall Street Realtors, you must:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@wallstreetrealtors.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Wall Street Realtors reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false information, engages in fraudulent activity, or violates these Terms.
Licensed real estate professionals, agencies, and property developers may register as agents on the Wall Street Realtors platform. By registering, you confirm that you hold any applicable professional licence or registration required under Nigerian law to practice as a real estate agent.
As a registered agent, you agree to:
All listing content — including descriptions, photographs, pricing, and location data — must be original, accurate, and not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Wall Street Realtors reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing that does not meet our content standards without prior notice.
Your agent profile, including your name, agency details, contact information, and active listings, will be publicly visible on the platform. By registering, you consent to this public display for the purpose of facilitating property transactions.
Registered agents are required to pay subscription fees to access listing and platform features. Current subscription tiers, pricing, and feature inclusions are displayed on the platform's pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
All payments are processed securely through Paystack (or an equivalent licensed Nigerian payment gateway). By making a payment, you authorise Wall Street Realtors to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of platform error, duplicate charges, or where required by Nigerian consumer protection law. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@wallstreetrealtors.com within 7 days of the charge date.
Wall Street Realtors reserves the right to revise subscription pricing at any time. Registered agents will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.
Wall Street Realtors facilitates access to government-backed mortgage schemes including the Mortgage Real Estate Investment Fund (MREIF), National Housing Fund (NHF) via the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), and RSA Pension Fund equity access. These services are offered as a coordination and facilitation service only.
By using our platform to search for or enquire about properties, you agree to:
Wall Street Realtors does not guarantee the accuracy of any property listing. All property details are provided by registered agents and buyers are advised to physically inspect any property and verify all information independently before entering into any agreement.
Wall Street Realtors facilitates the introduction of buyers to properties and coordinates the mortgage and legal process. The actual property transaction — including the execution of contracts, transfer of funds, and perfection of title — is a matter between the buyer, seller, and their respective legal representatives.
On WSR-facilitated transactions, Acacia Solicitors act as the legal partner and provide title search, due diligence, documentation, Governor's Consent, and lender liaison services. Engaging Acacia Solicitors constitutes a separate legal retainer governed by their professional terms of engagement.
While Acacia Solicitors conduct title searches on all WSR-facilitated properties, Wall Street Realtors does not guarantee that any property is free from all encumbrances, disputes, or defects in title. Buyers proceed on the basis of the legal advice of their own solicitors and the findings of Acacia Solicitors' due diligence report.
Wall Street Realtors does not act as agent for either buyer or seller in any transaction unless expressly agreed in writing. Registered agents on our platform are independent professionals and are not employees or agents of Wall Street Realtors.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a Nigerian court of competent jurisdiction.
Wall Street Realtors may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Where changes are material, registered users will be notified by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
