3. Agent Registration & Property Listings

Wall Street Realtors operates an open agent registration model. Licensed real estate professionals and agencies may register on the platform, create agent profiles, and list properties for sale or rent.

What we collect from registered agents
  • Full legal name, business name, and professional licence number
  • Contact details including phone, email, and office address
  • Government-issued identity document (for verification)
  • Bank account details or payment wallet linked to subscription and listing fees
  • Property listing data including descriptions, pricing, images, and location
  • Transaction records relating to listings facilitated through the platform
Agent profile visibility

Your agent profile — including your name, agency, listed properties, and contact information — is publicly visible on the platform by default. You may update or request removal of your profile at any time. Listing data associated with completed transactions may be retained for compliance and audit purposes.

Agent responsibility: Registered agents are responsible for ensuring that all property information, images, and pricing they submit are accurate and lawful. Wall Street Realtors reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate our Terms and Conditions.

4. Payment Processing

Wall Street Realtors collects payments from registered agents for platform subscriptions, featured listing fees, and related services. All transactions are processed through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway — currently Paystack (or an equivalent licensed Nigerian payment processor).

  • Wall Street Realtors does not store your full card number, CVV, or bank PIN on our servers
  • Payment credentials are processed and encrypted directly by our payment processor
  • We retain transaction records (amount, date, reference, payer identity) for accounting and tax compliance
  • Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy, available on request
Security notice: Wall Street Realtors will never ask for your card details, bank PIN, or OTP via email, phone, or WhatsApp. If you receive any such request claiming to be from us, do not comply — report it immediately to info@wallstreetrealtorsltd.com.

5. Our Legal Partner: Acacia Solicitors

Wall Street Realtors works exclusively with Acacia Solicitors (5 Admiralty Road, Off Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos) as our legal partner on all property transactions. When you engage WSR for a property purchase or mortgage facilitation, certain personal data will be shared with Acacia Solicitors to enable them to perform their legal services.

Data shared with Acacia Solicitors may include:
  • Your full name, contact details, and residential address
  • Identity documents required for title perfection and conveyancing
  • Property and transaction details relevant to your purchase
  • Mortgage or financing documents where applicable

Acacia Solicitors operates under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Wall Street Realtors and is bound by professional confidentiality obligations under Nigerian law. Your data shared with Acacia Solicitors is used solely for completing your transaction — it is not used for marketing or shared further without your consent.

6. Sharing Your Information

6.1 With Registered Agents

When you submit a property enquiry, your contact details and requirements may be shared with the relevant registered agent managing that listing so they can respond to your enquiry directly.

6.2 With Acacia Solicitors

As described in Section 5, relevant transaction data is shared with our exclusive legal partner to facilitate conveyancing, title perfection, and mortgage documentation.

6.3 With Financial Institutions

Where you apply for mortgage financing, your pre-qualification data may be shared with licensed mortgage banks, the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), or Pension Fund Administrators (PFAs), solely for the purpose of processing your application.

6.4 With Service Providers

We may share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist with:

  • Website hosting and technical infrastructure
  • Email communications and automated alerts
  • Analytics and performance monitoring
